We receive hundreds of birthday cards every day and unfortunately, we do not always have enough time to read them all out.  However, this very rarely happens provided we have received the birthday card  in good time. 

To be in the with the best chance of being shown on-air you should send your card to us a month before the birthday. Cards that arrive very close to the birthday are less likely to be read out than those we receive in advance.

If you're not sure whether your card was shown, please email us at milkshake@channel5.com with the details of the card, including the date you wanted it read out, the child's name and age, and a description of the card. We will endeavour to find out for you.
